If you apply directly, we will keep your data in our system for the entire recruiting process and may ask for an opt-in if you would like to stay subscribed to our newsletter for future job openings. If you are referred to us by a friend, we will inform you and ask for your permission of contacting you and keeping you in our database for future newsletters on other job openings.

Why does Theobroma Systems process personal data?
Theobroma Systems is required to process data to validate your application and establish a contractual relationship with you. In some cases, Theobroma Systems is required to process data to make sure it complies with its legal obligations. For example, it is required to check a successful applicant’s eligibility to work in Austria before employment starts. Theobroma Systems has a legitimate interest in processing personal data during the recruitment process and for keeping records of the process. Processing data from job applicants allows Theobroma Systems to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment and decide which candidate to select for the job. Who has access to data?
Your information will be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment process. This includes the HR team, other members involved in the interview process and managers.
Theobroma Systems will not share your data with third parties, unless it is so required for the recruitment process to obtain references for you from previous employers.
At the same time, Theobroma Systems will be required to share your data with the relevant government institutions to obtain you a working permit, if you are not entitled for employment in Austria. Theobroma Systems will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area
